Shipping policy

All orders are processed in the order of arrival.

The processing time of orders is typically 2-3 business days. Should there be exceptions to this, we will notify of them on the online store, or directly to affected customers.

Currently shipping is only available to Europe through the Fluctus online store. Please contact us at fluctus@fluctus.fi if you require shipping to other destinations.

All orders are shipped from Finland by Fluctus, and all products in an order will be shipped in a single package, when possible.

Unless stated otherwise, orders will be shipped using the Finnish main postal service Posti. All delivery times on the site are estimates, and are subject to change on account of the courier. Estimated delivery times in Europe vary between 3-8 business days from order processing.

Delivery costs are paid for by the customer, unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs within Europe typically vary between 10-20€, and are confirmed on the online store before placing an order.

Please note that you may be subject to additional tariffs or customs duties when the order arrives to the destination country.
